Meet Our Therapists

Ashley Franklin, LICSW

Founder, Clinical Director

Ashley’s work is informed by both extensive clinical training and years of experience in nonprofit and public mental health settings, including the Department of Mental Health systems, where she supported individuals with complex and high-acuity needs.

This foundation shaped her belief that meaningful change requires more than insight alone. It requires care that addresses the full picture of a person’s inner world, nervous system, relationships, and environment.

Roger Kolker, LMHC

Clinician

Roger’s work is grounded in evidence-based practice and informed by a deep respect for each client’s lived experience.

He is particularly well-suited for individuals who value thoughtful conversation alongside practical skill-building and who want therapy to feel supportive, structured, and intentional rather than overwhelming.

Rebecca DeNardo

Clinician

Rebecca works with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, stressed out, or stretched thin, especially when a packed schedule leaves little time to care for themselves.

She has a particular interest in women’s mental health, including postpartum changes and menstrual cycle-related concerns, and supports clients in understanding their emotions and building effective coping skills.

We're here to support you through

You’ve talked about these things before but want more
direction, structure, or integration.

Claimed Counseling offers individual therapy for adults, with a focus on integrative mental health care that addresses the whole person rather than symptoms in isolation.

"I was nervous to start therapy, but Claimed Counseling made the process feel safe and approachable. The professionalism and knowledge are clear, but what stands out most is the genuine care. I have grown more in the past year than I thought possible. I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I received."

We believe meaningful change happens when clients feel respected, actively involved in their care, and supported with both insight and practical tools.
